MISSION
The basic goal of the Management and Staff of Riverside
Highland Water Company is to provide our customers/shareholders
with
safe and reliable drinking water at their tap. We are committed
to excellent customer service and will respond 24 hours
per day, seven days a week, for both our domestic and irrigation
water users.

or graffiti at a Riverside Highland Water Company's facility,

VISION
During the year 2011, the Company will continue the system
enhancements by the additional replacement of the transmission
mains, as well as water
main replacement throughout the City of Grand Terrace. We
are continuing to work with developers in Riverside County
to expand our water system.
